Mental Health & Well-Being
The NHS in our local area is here and able to support our families in our local community. We understand that people may need some extra support to get through this third lockdown and we are here to help!
The service is made up of our Health Trainers, Community Link Workers and Mental Health and Wellbeing Coaches.
Please see a poster below which shows what the NHS can support with. To self-refer all you need to do is call 0800 9177752 and one of their friendly team will be able to book an appointment at a time which is convenient for you.

Children’s Mental Health Week 2021
This year’s theme is “Express Yourself”.
Set your reminders for 9am on Monday 1 February and spread the word as Blue Peter’s Lindsey Russell and CBBC Presenter Rhys Stephenson host the assembly alongside some other special well-known faces…!
Available to all learning at home or at school, we’re bringing the nation's children together (virtually!) with a positive message about the power of creative self-expression.
