SCHOOL COUNCIL IN ACTION
Our LA Governor, Mr Flynn, held a meeting with our School Council Representatives on 7th December 2018, to talk about the community work that they get up to. Council reps talked about various fundraising initiatives such as CAFOD, Treasure Map, bag packing in local supermarkets and bun sales. Mr Flynn is not only our governor, he is also a Town Councillor, and was able to make many comparisons with our reps in terms of the work that a Town Councillor has to do. One day, we may see our own School Council Reps become Town Councillors too!
